We accept returns-changes as long as:

1. You contact us within 4 days from the day we send your order.
2. You send your order back within 10 days from the day the order was sent by us.

Returns are not accepted when any of the following happens:

1. The product is a special order (eg your own design or a name etc)
2. The product has been damaged which was not our responsibility

The shipping costs of returning the products, as well as their return to their original, excellent condition is the sole responsibility of the customer-If the product is not returned in its original condition the customer is responsible for any loss or damage.
